How much does it cost to clean my carpets ?  It is difficult for us to tell because there are so many things to consider like the quality of a carpet, or how dirty they are.  Then we need to visit you to assess your needs and to give to an exact quote.

How quickly can our room/s be back in use after they have been cleaned?  We use two different cleaning systems our preferred system is the low moisture method which leaves your carpets dry immediately after the job, if the wet extraction system is used drying time would be up to three hours.

Do you do contract cleaning?  Yes, we are available for most types of commercial contract cleaning.

What areas to do cover?  We are based in Chiswick, but we cover most of London and west as far as Maidenhead.  Basically a 20 mile radius around Chiswick.

Can you get rid of bad stains?  Most, but not all!  Again we need to take a look and access the stain in question.

Do you offer some form of guarantee?  We are members of The National Carpet Cleaners Association and hold ISO9001 Quality Assurance accreditation, and therefore can guarantee complete client satisfaction.

How do you manage your cleaning staff?  We have a team of supervisors who make spot visits to ensure that everyone is performing at the high level that we demand of our staff.

Do you do end of tenancy cleaning?  Yes we do, in fact we work for many letting agents and independant landlords.
